Rakoll 5437 Plus is suitable for:

  • Profile wrapping / edgebanding on furniture or decorative panels using PP, PVC, veneer, CPL, or decorative foil strips.
  • Panel or surface lamination where high bonding quality and production speed are required.
  • Dynamic production lines where consistent bonding, reduced errors, and optimized glue consumption are essential.
  • Application temperature: approx. 150–190 °C.
  • Recommended feed speed: at least ~20 m/min (depending on materials and production line).
  • Working conditions: ambient temperature 18–20 °C, wood moisture 8–10%.
  • Storage: keep in original sealed packaging, in a cool and dry place. Shelf life ~12 months.
  • Substrates must be clean and free from dust or grease — surface quality directly affects bonding performance.
