  • Edgebanding in furniture production — melamine, PVC tapes, and veneer.
  • High-speed furniture manufacturing — suitable for production lines with feed speeds above 12 m/min to maintain adhesive flow and bonding quality.
  • Applications requiring strong adhesion and smooth flow control — ideal for modern furniture, frames, and panels.
  • Heat the application roller to 190–210°C for optimal performance.
  • Maintain a minimum feed speed of 12 m/min to ensure proper adhesive flow and surface contact.
  • Keep ambient and material temperature at 18–20°C, with wood moisture at 8–10%, to prevent adhesion issues.
  • During long production stops, reduce adhesive temperature to ~160°C to prevent degradation.
  • Regularly clean the melting tanks to remove residue that reduces heat transfer and affects performance.
  • Store in sealed original containers at room temperature — shelf life is at least 12 months without loss of properties.
