RAKOLL® ECO 3 is a one-component PVAc (polyvinyl acetate) adhesive, D3 class, developed specifically for low-formaldehyde bonding in flat-lamination applications. It enables manufacturers to move from traditional urea–formaldehyde adhesives to vinyl-based systems without sacrificing bonding strength. Its versatility makes it suitable for furniture, parquet, doors, and solid-wood assembly.
Rakoll ECO 3 is a high-quality water-based PVAc adhesive designed for woodworking applications requiring D3-level moisture resistance.

  • D3 classification (EN 204): suitable for interior applications with occasional moisture exposure.
  • Low or zero formaldehyde emissions — supports cleaner, more environmentally friendly production.
  • Ready to use (single component), simplifying application.
  • Good initial strength, fast setting, and consistent performance across various wood substrates and laminates.

Widely used for:

  • Furniture manufacturing — assembly of wooden surfaces, veneer work, etc.
  • Production of parquet, wooden flooring, doors, and windows requiring moisture-resistant bonding.
  • Bonding of veneer, laminate, solid wood, and engineered wood components with high performance requirements.
  • Interior applications with periodic humidity exposure (kitchens, wet areas) but not continuous exterior weathering.
  • Ensure wood moisture content is 8–12%.
  • Application temperature should be above 15–20 °C.
  • Apply adhesive evenly; follow recommended coat weight (g/m²) and pressing time.
  • Clean tools with water (before the adhesive dries) or suitable solvent.
  • Store in a cool, dry place, protected from frost and excessive heat.
