Rakoll® GXL 3 PVAc Adhesive

Rakoll GXL 3 is an advanced one-component PVAc (polyvinyl acetate) wood adhesive designed for professional, high-demand woodworking applications.

D3 classification (EN 204) as a single-component adhesive.
When used with the appropriate hardener, it upgrades to D4 class, meeting stricter moisture-resistance and exterior-use requirements.
High resistance to moisture and temperature, with fast setting — ideal for furniture, joinery, windows, parquet, and more.
Energy-efficient: reduced press temperatures (~70 °C) and short pressing times in suitable applications.

Environmentally friendly formulation — solvent-free and formaldehyde-free.

Ideal for:

Furniture manufacturing — bonding frames, structural wooden elements, and surfaces.
Windows and joinery — bonding wooden profiles, finger-jointing, lamination.
Parquet and wooden flooring, as well as industrial woodworking requiring strong and reliable bonding.
Surfaces exposed to high humidity or prolonged moist conditions — especially when upgraded to D4 with a hardener.

Wood moisture content should be 8–10% for optimal bonding.
Room and material temperature should be 18–25 °C.
Apply adhesive evenly — approx. 60–140 g/m² for surface bonding and 160–180 g/m² for assembly applications.
Clean tools and equipment with water before the adhesive dries.
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from frost and excessive heat.
